From a ripping Bannockburn vineyard in Central Otago, ‘Earth & Sky’ has everything: elegance, grace, poise, and power. There is a seductive bouquet of black fruits on the nose, with a touch of the tertiary mushroom complexity. Expect dark cherry, plum and thyme on the plate, this has it all in check, composed and confident. Whether you’re looking to impress your lover, or hide a few bottles away - this is the pinot for the job.
