- Complimentary drink can only be redeemed within the same day of purchase.
- Strictly no cancellations once pre-order is made on KrisShop.
- Self pick-up on selected Saturdays and Sundays on 24/31 August or 7/8/14/15 September, from 8:00am to 8:00pm.
- Self pick-up valid on indicated date at point of purchase, no other dates will be accepted.
- Self pick-up is only valid at Ralph’s Coffee Shaw Centre (1 Scotts Road #01-01, Singapore 228208).
- Please produce KrisShop receipt for purchase verification on day of self pick-up.
