Brand Story: Gramercy Cellars is an 8,000-case winery founded in 2005 by Master Sommelier Greg Harrington and his wife, Pam, to make Rhone and Bordeaux-based wines in Washington State. Gramercy’s philosophy is all about preserving the integrity of the fruit and vintage: to source the best vineyards, harvest ripe (not overripe) grapes, intervene minimally in the winemaking process, and use as little new oak as possible. The resultant wines display balance, intense fruit notes, strong earthiness, retraint and elegance.

Tasting Notes: “Bright, fresh savory herb, graphite and flower aromas capture the attention. The plum and cherry flavors show impeccable balance, elegance and length. It has a compelling sense of freshness. Put it on the dinner table with grilled steak with chimichurri to get the most out of it.” – Wine Enthusiast, 92 points

Grape Varietal(s): Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot

Awards & Accolades (Robert Parker/ Wine Spectator/ James Suckling etc):
“The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Lower East unveils forward dark fruit flavors with stony and sagebrush underpinnings. Medium-bodied and nicely balanced. Enjoy this excellent effort over the next few years.” – Antonio Galloni, 91 points
