My mother used to tell me how much passion my father had for winemaking. My father told her that he loved to watch the bubbling phenomenon during the fermentation of red wines. Even in the middle of the night, he went on patrol to make sure the fermenters did not overflow.

I believe that a winegrower gives his soul to his wines. We should be winegrowers with the excellent vision and expressiveness and try to inherit great wines to the next generation. led “Koshu”. We also dedicate ourselves to growing international grape varieties for European style wines. We are trying to grow various kinds of grapes for both white wines (e.g. Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc) and red wines (e.g. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot). The area of our own vineyard is approximately 2.5 hectare. We also purchase grapes from our contract grape-growing farmers and farmers’ cooperatives. Our total yearly wine production is 160,000 bottles.

Tasting Note: Lemon-yellow, refreshing aromas like citrus and slight fennel. Dry and Light body, but Sur Lie method gives wine umami and balanced bitterness.
