Deep garnet colour. Racy and complex nose, dominated by intense spicy aromas (clove, black peper) characteristic of the appellation, combined with discrete oaky notes (cedar wood and cigar box). On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, with a good tannic structure. A classic pauillac, robust and elegant, with a long spicy finish and a good ageing potential.
