KrisShop Bulk Up With Miles Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Bulk Up With Miles Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application (each, an “Online Platform”) and is open to all KrisShop customers (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 27 June 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 10 July 2024 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period”) and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.

3. This Promotion shall consist of:

(a) Bonus KrisFlyer miles; and
(b) Gift With Purchase Energy Drink; and
(c) Gift With Purchase Protein Shaker Bottle

The details of this Promotion are set out as follows.

i. During the Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is not a member of the KrisShop loyalty programme (“Non-KrisShopper”), (2) has an active KrisFlyer account (“KrisFlyer Shopper”), (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into his/her valid KrisFlyer account and (4) completes a transaction on KrisShop.com for the selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage, may earn an additional 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent (“KrisFlyer 1.5 Bonus Miles”). The KrisFlyer 1.5 Bonus Miles are in addition to the usual earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent on KrisShop.com, as set out below:

ii. During the Promotion Period, a Shopper who (1) is a member of the KrisShop loyalty programme (“KrisShopper”), (2) is a KrisFlyer Shopper,  (3) completes purchase(s) on KrisShop.com while logged into to his/her valid KrisFlyer account and(4) completes a transaction on KrisShop.com for the selected products as specified on the Promotion webpage, may earn an additional 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent (“KrisShopper 1.5 Bonus Miles”). The KrisShopper 1.5 Bonus Miles are in addition to the usual base earn rates* for KrisShop.com, which are based on the KrisShopper membership tiers as set out below:

iii. Any part of a transaction on an Online Platform where payment is made by way of vouchers and/or KrisFlyer miles shall not be eligible for the usual KrisFlyer miles earn rates but will be eligible for this Promotion as set out in Clause 3 of these Terms and Conditions.

iii. The Bonus Miles are only valid for purchases made on Online Platforms during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iv. The Bonus Miles will be credited to the eligible KrisShopper’s KrisFlyer Member account within 12 weeks after the last date of the Promotion Period.

v. The Bonus Miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisFlyer Shopper’s KrisFlyer account statement once Clause 3(a)(iv) has been carried out. The accrual date of the Bonus Miles shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the Promotion Period, i.e., July 2024.

vi. PPS Value and Elite miles from the Earn Status Credits Beyond The Skies Campaign are tabulated separately and are subject to the Earn Status Credits Beyond The Skies Campaign Terms and Conditions.

vii. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper for the relevant transaction(s).

viii. Products purchased pursuant to this Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

ix. This Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive one (1) Energy Drink ("Free Energy Drink Gift") per transaction with a minimum spend of S$60 (before applicable discounts, before shipping and taxes are applied) on MyProtein and Grenade products. 

ii. The Free Energy Drink Gift are only valid for purchases made on Online Platforms during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iii. Products purchased pursuant to the Bulk Up With Miles Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

iv. The Free Energy Drink Gift Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

v. The Free Energy Drink Gift Promotion is non-exchangeable and is valid on a while stocks last basis, limited to one Gift per transaction.

i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive one (1) Protein Shaker Bottle (" Free Protein Shaker Bottle Gift") per transaction with a minimum spend of S$60 (before applicable discounts, before shipping and taxes are applied) on MyProtein and Grenade products. 

ii. The Free Protein Shaker Bottle Gift are only valid for purchases made on Online Platforms during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iii. Products purchased pursuant to the Bulk Up With Miles Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

iv. The Free Protein Shaker Bottle Gift Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

v. The Free Protein Shaker Bottle Gift Promotion is non-exchangeable and is valid on a while stocks last basis, limited to one Gift per transaction.

4. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to the Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion and/or terminate the Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in the Promotion.

8. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email addressmay be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop and its its supporting partners for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in the Promotion.

10.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

11. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 (Cap 53B) to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
