Citibank x KrisShop Terms & Conditions

1. This KrisShop x Citibank S$10 off with S$100 spend promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”) and Citibank Singapore Limited (“Citibank”).

2. Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all Citi Cardmembers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Cardmembers”) during the promotion period from 21 November 2023 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 13 December 2023 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

3. During the Promotion Period, Cardmembers may receive an additional S$10 off with a minimum spending of S$100 per transaction for the selected delivery method (after any applicable discounts, excluding shipping and taxes) (the “Minimum Spend Criteria”) on KrisShop.com, where:

I. the promo code "CITIEOY10" has been correctly entered by the Cardmember at checkout, and
II. payment in respect of the Minimum Spend Criteria for the selected delivery method is made in full using a Citi Credit or Debit Card, (collectively, the Promotion).

4. Payments for any amounts made using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers do not count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria and such amounts will not be eligible for the Promotion. 

For illustration purposes only:
a Cardmember is completing a transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$200 (after any applicable discounts, excluding shipping and taxes) and applies the promo code “CITIEOY10”:

• If S$100 is paid via a Citi Credit or Debit Card and S$100 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers, the promo code may be applied;
• However, if S$50 is paid via Citi Credit or Debit Card and S$150 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers, the promo code is not applicable as the S$50 value falls below the Minimum Spend Criteria.

5. Promotion is valid for the first 371 redemptions only.

6. Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via the KrisShop order form or any other means.

7. In the event of any refunds or returns, only the actual aggregate amount paid by the Cardmember will be refunded.

8. The promo code "CITIEOY10” cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes.

General Terms

9. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

10. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

11. KrisShop and Citibank reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

12. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
