HSBC x KrisShop Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. This HSBC x KrisShop Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited (“HSBC”) and KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. A customer who holds a HSBC credit card (except HSBC Debit cards and HSBC Corporate cards) issued by HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited (“HSBC”) in Singapore (such HSBC credit card, a “Card”) as a credit cardholder (as the case may be), whose credit card account (as the case may be) is in good standing with HSBC over the entire Promotional Period (as defined below) and at the time of fulfilment (as determined by HSBC at its discretion) and who fulfils these terms and conditions (such customer, a “Cardholder”) shall be eligible to participate in the Promotion.

3. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com in accordance with clause 4 below during the promotion period from 1 October 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 October 2024 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period”).

4. This Promotion shall consist of the following:

i. The S$20 off + 500 bonus KrisFlyer miles promotion (as defined at Clause 4(a) below)(“HSBC Sitewide Promotion”); and

ii. The S$88 off Apple iPhone 16 series promotion (as defined at Clause 4(b) below)(“HSBC Apple Exclusive Promotion”).

The details of this Promotion are set out as follows:

(a) HSBC Sitewide Promotion

i.During the Promotion Period, Cardholders may receive additional discount and KrisFlyer miles for every transaction above S$250 (after applicable discounts, before shipping and taxes) (“Minimum Spend Criteria”) if they satisfy the conditions below:

• the promotional code “HSBCOCT20” has been correctly entered by the Cardholder at checkout,
• payment in respect of the Minimum Spend Criteria for the selected delivery method is made in full using a valid HSBC Credit Card

ii. Payments for any amounts made using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers do not count towards the minimum spend criteria and such amounts will not be eligible for this promotion. For illustration purposes only:

• a Cardholder is completing a transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$300 (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied) and applies the promotional code “HSBCOCT20”:
• if S$250 is paid via a valid HSBC credit card and S$50 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers the promotional code may be applied;
• however, if S$100 is paid via a valid HSBC credit card and S$200 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers, the promotional code is not applicable as the S$100 value falls below the minimum spend criteria.

iii. Products from Augustinus Bader are excluded from this Promotion.

iv. The HSBC Sitewide Promotion is valid for the first 115 redemptions only.

v. The bonus miles will be credited to eligible KrisFlyer account within twelve (12) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

vi. The bonus miles awarded shall only be displayed on the relevant KrisFlyer Shopper’s KrisFlyer account statement once Clause 4(a)(v) has been carried out. The accrual date of the bonus miles shall be backdated to a date in the last month of the Promotion Period, i.e., October 2024.

vii. In the event of any refunds or returns, only the actual aggregate amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded and KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any bonus miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper for the relevant transaction(s).

viii. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

ix. The promotional code “HSBCOCT20” cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes at checkout.

(b) HSBC Apple Exclusive Promotion

i. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders may receive additional S$88 off Apple iPhone 16 series (iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max) per transaction for the selected delivery method on KrisShop.com, where:

• the promotional code “HSBCAPL88” has been correctly entered by the Cardholder at checkout,
• payment for the selected delivery method is made in full using a valid HSBC Credit Card.

ii. The HSBC Apple Exclusive Promotion is valid for the first 60 redemptions only.

iii. In the event of any refunds or returns, only the actual aggregate amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded.

iv. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

v. The promotional code “HSBCAPL88” cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes at checkout.

General Terms

5. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or received via home delivery.

6. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

7. KrisShop and HSBC reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

8. KrisShop and HSBC reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of this Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this Promotion.

9. By participating in the Promotion, each shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed or otherwise processed (collectively “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data submitted for purchases made during this Promotion will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

10. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.

11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
