KrisShop April Shop More For Less Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop April Shop More For Less Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

 2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop customers in accordance with clause 3 below (“Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 1 April 2022 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 27 April 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).

 3. The Promotion shall consist of:

(a)     Up to 18% off Promotion;
(b)     Bonus 1,000 KrisFlyer miles; and
(c)     AMEX S$20 off with S$250 spend promotion,

details of which are set out as follows:

(a)     Up to 18% off Promotion

i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers who meet the relevant minimum purchase quantities stated below may receive one of the following discounts for regular-priced items for that transaction, subject to certain brand exclusions:

ii. Products in the brand exclusions list count towards the minimum quantity for each order but are excluded from this Up to 18% off Promotion.

iii. This Up to 18% off Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight or via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iv. The applicable Promotional Discount will be automatically applied at checkout, on eligible items when the minimum purchase of (a) 2 or (b) 3 or more regular-priced items (as the case may be) has been met.

v. Only one Promotional Discount may be applied to each completed transaction on KrisShop.com.

vi. This Up to 18% off Promotion cannot be applied with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS discounts), unless otherwise stated.

(b)    Bonus 1,000 KrisFlyer miles

i.  From 1 April 2022 (0000 hrs Singapore time) to 19 April 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time), KrisFlyer Shoppers who have an active KrisFlyer account and complete a transaction with a minimum spend of S$200 (including all applicable discounts and excluding applicable tax and shipping fees) on KrisShop.com while logged in to their valid KrisFlyer accounts may earn an additional 1,000 KrisFlyer miles (“Bonus Miles”) on top of the usual earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles for every S$1 spent on KrisShop.com.

ii. Transactions where payment is made with vouchers shall not count towards the minimum amount required for each transaction under this Bonus 1,000 KrisFlyer miles promotion, and are not eligible for the usual KrisFlyer mile earn rate of 1.5 KrisFlyer miles per dollar spent.

iii. Bonus Miles will be credited to eligible KrisFlyer Shoppers within 8 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

iv. Transactions carried out under this Promotion are not eligible to be considered as a non-air transaction for the purposes of the KrisFlyer Unlock Status Credits without Flying Campaign.

v. In the event of any refunds or returns, KrisShop reserves the right to claw back any Bonus Miles issued to any KrisFlyer Shopper.

(c)     AMEX S$20 off with S$250 spend promotion

i. During the Promotion Period, Shoppers may receive an additional S$20 off with a minimum purchase of 2 items and a minimum spend of S$250 nett per transaction for the selected delivery method (after applicable discounts, before shipping and taxes) (the “Minimum Spend Criteria”) on KrisShop.com, where:

1. the promo code “AMEXAPR20” has been correctly entered by the Shopper at checkout, and
2. payment in respect of the Minimum Spend Criteria for the selected delivery method is made in full using a valid American Express Credit Card,

(collectively, the “AMEX S$20 off Promotion”).

ii. For the avoidance of doubt, transactions where payment is made using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers will not be counted towards the minimum spend criteria for the AMEX S$20 off Promotion.

iii. The AMEX S$20 off Promotion valid for the first 1,000 redemptions only.

iv. This AMEX S$20 off Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight or via the KrisShop order form or any other means.

v. In the event of any refunds or returns, only the actual aggregate amount paid by the AMEX cardholder will be refunded.

General Terms:

 4. All purchases made on KrisShop may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

 5. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

 6. All purchases made on KrisShop are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms and use of KrisFlyer Miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

 7. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

 8. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

 9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
