How to use:

An airless pump tube packaging is used to prevent the product from being exposed to contaminants in the air, ensuring that it remains fresh with every use. In order to pump out the product, any excess air trapped in the bottle during the manufacturing process will have to be pumped out first. When you first receive your product, hold the tube upright and pump slowly. This will create the vacuum necessary to dispense the product and essentially activate the vacuum pump system. It is normal for the first few pumps to be empty. Refrain from pressing/squeezing the tube.

If you are not getting the product after 10 pumps, we recommend priming the pump. We recommend priming the pump. Start by putting the cap back on the tube, then leave your tube upside down for a couple of minutes. This should get the product moving.

As the airless pump tube packaging creates a vacuum effect to push the product outwards, it may cause the tube to appear 'deflated'. This ensures that all of the product will be pumped out eventually to prevent any wastage.
