OYO NOVA Gym uses NASA approved SpiraFlex technology to replicate plate loaded gym equipment to deliver up to 40lbs/18 kg smooth resistance for strength and toning exercises, while maintaining the light equipment weight (1.1 kg). The removable FlexPacks allow you to adjust the resistance in 10lb/4.5kg increments.

More than a regular dumbbell, the OYO Nova Gym allows you to perform a range of exercises such as:
