The Domaine de Guilhon d´Aze is located in the South West of France, in the heart of Gascony, in the Gers department, in the most famous appellation "Bas Armagnac". Between gently sloping hillsides and sunny valleys, the Domaine de Guilhon d'Aze is ideally located on acidic and sandy-silty soils called "Sables Fauves" which bring typicity and character to Armagnac.

The 60 hectare vineyard is run by the Tastet family from father to son, according to the simple and authentic principles of Reasoned Agriculture. It is from this environmentally friendly management that the local white grape varieties (Bacco and Ugni Blanc) are born from which the vintage Bas-Armagnacs are produced.

    Tasting Note :
Bas Armagnac, beautiful dark amber, bright and clear. On the nose we open a cigar box where you identify for candied cherries and caramel sweets. On the palate Armagnac is ripe, round, soft and intense caramel and we find an animal advanced glass bottom.
