Brand Story:
Andy and Misha Wilkinson created this rising star after living 16 years living in Asia. With the idea of creating Asian suited wines and pursuant of a Pinot Noir passion the vision was to develop a journey they could experience together. That journey started on the eastern shores of Lake Dunstan in 2003. As Misha and Andy had sales and marketing backgrounds the internationally renowned winemaker Olly Masters joined the journey for his Central Otago winemaking debut. The evolution of Misha’s Vineyard so far, as produced some outstanding wines championed by Central Otago’s flagship - Pinot Noir.
Tasting Notes:
A complexity of aromas includes crushed lime, mandarin, aniseed and spice, this medium-dry style has a ripe fruit sweetness which is balanced by a bright citrus acidity.
