Saicho was born out of a personal desire to create a non-alcoholic
drink that could pair well with food, whether in a fine dining setting or a casual wine bar. Saicho uses single origin tea, hand picking the exact varietal, time of harvest, terroir and altitude. Each individual sparkling tea is cold brewed for 24 hours, to extract the most delicate and complex flavours that shines through in every glass.
Saicho is HALAL certified!

This black tea was grown in the foothills of the Himalayas in Darjeeling, India. Harvested in the summer to develop its unique Darjeeling muscatel flavour, the tea has notes of mandarin, ginger, and wood spice and gentle, dry tannins.
Pairs well with grilled meats or lasagna.

- 24 Hour Cold Brewed Darjeeling
- Tea (93%) White Grape Juice From Concentrate
- Acid (Citric Acid)
- Vitamin C
- Carbon Dioxide
