Established in 1803, Domaine Parent, located in Pommard, in the heart of Côte d’Or, is today run by Anne Parent and her sister Catherine Fages-Parent, representing the 12th generation, and perpetuating a family tradition dating back to the 17th century. Wines of all levels are produced, from Premiers and Grands Crus, mainly red wines. Passionate about biodynamics since before it took off, inspired by the avant-garde approach of their father, Jacques Parent, his technical precision and his gastronomic friendships, they cultivate a lively and natural approach to Burgundy wines. Tasting Notes :
It has a refined and elegant bouquet that is very well defined: pure red cherry, crushed strawberry and rose petal notes emerging with time.
The palate is medium-bodied with supple, fine tannin and very well-judged acidity. Harmonious right to the finish.
