Undoubtedly a unique operation, The Craft & Co is an award-winning distillery, brewery and winery based in Victoria. Established in 2015, one of the major defining features of The Craft & Co is that we distil spirits and brew beer under the one roof at our Collingwood site and our boutique winery is located on the suburban fringes of coastal Melbourne in Bangholme. Our venue in Collingwood has been designed to encourage culinary exploration and immersion, whether it be pairing cheese to our beer & spirits or attending our famous gin markets, the experience is distinctive. Tasting Notes
Handcrafted from our estate-grown grapes. In keeping with tradition, The Craft & Co Rosé Vermouth is an aromatised fortified wine, flavoured with distinctive herbs and botanicals. Deep copper and garnet in colour through barrel maturation, our Rosé Vermouth is fresh in berry characters, raisins, caramelised figs and a rancio nuttiness.
