KrisShop Sip & Savour Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Sip & Savour Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com and KrisShop on the Kris+ mobile application (each, an "Online Platform”). This Promotion is open to all Online Platform customers (each, a “Shopper”), during the applicable Promotion Periods (as defined below) and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.

3. This Promotion shall consist of the following:

i. Riedel Wine Glasses Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(a) below), which will take place from 27 February 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 6 March 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) (“Wine Glasses Promotion Period”); and

ii.  Riedel Whisky Glasses Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(b) below), which will take place from 27 February 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 6 March 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) ("Whisky Glasses Promotion Period”).

The details of this Promotion are set out as follows:

(a) Riedel Wine Glasses Promotion 

i. During the Wine Glasses Promotion Period, each eligible Shopper may receive one (1) pair of Riedel Wine Glasses per transaction (worth S$55) ("Free Wine Gift") with S$200 spend ("Wine Glasses Minimum Spend Criteria") on selected Wine or Sake products as specified on the Promotion webpage on an Online Platform (including all applicable discounts and excluding applicable tax and shipping fees).

ii. The Free Wine Gift is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other merchandise and is non-transferable.

iii. The Riedel Wine Glasses Promotion are only valid for purchases made on Online Platforms during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iv. The Riedel Wine Glasses Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

v. Products purchased pursuant to this Riedel Wine Glasses Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

vi. This Riedel Wine Glasses Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

(a) Riedel Whisky Glasses Promotion 

i. During the Whisky Glasses Promotion Period, each eligible Shopper may receive one (1) pair of Riedel Whisky Glasses per transaction (worth S$66) ("Free Whisky Gift") with S$250 spend ("Whisky Glasses Minimum Spend Criteria") on selected Spirits as specified on the Promotion webpage on an Online Platform (including all applicable discounts and excluding applicable tax and shipping fees).

ii. The Free Whisky Gift is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or other merchandise and is non-transferable.

iii. The Riedel Whisky Glasses Promotion are only valid for purchases made on Online Platforms during the Promotion Period, and are not valid for purchase made inflight, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

iv. The Riedel Whisky Glasses Promotion shall not be applied with any other existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

v. Products purchased pursuant to this Riedel Whisky Glasses Promotion are not valid for returns and only 1 to 1 product exchanges are allowed, subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

vi. This Riedel Whisky Glasses Promotion is only available while stocks last. KrisShop reserves the right to change, add to or remove this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

General Terms

4. All purchases made on KrisShop.com and may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery. All purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application may be received via home delivery only.

5. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

6. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

7. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of this Promotion and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this Promotion.

8. By participating in this Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of this Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

9. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.

10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

11. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
