KrisShop Corporate Portal - Terms and Conditions

Please review the Terms and Conditions listed below before you place your order.
By submitting your order, you certify that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of KrisShop Corporate Portal and indicate your agreement to be bound by KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.
1. Terms for Corporate Portal Usage
- The KrisShop Corporate Portal is open to all current employees of Singapore Airlines Limited together with its affiliates, SATS Ltd. and KrisShop Pte. Ltd. who have successfully logged in on krisshop.com/corporate (“Corporate Portal Users”). Corporate portal users may enjoy additional discounts on selected regular-priced items , subject to certain exclusions. The exclusion list is correct as of update; staff are reminded to check the applicable discounts on the Shopping Bag page before payment.
- Purchases made are for personal use only, and are strictly not for resale. KrisShop reserves the right to reject any order(s) of excessive amount.
- KrisShop reserves the right to remove products from sale or discounts any time without prior notice.
- Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
- Ongoing promotions, offers and privileges on KrisShop.com are not applicable on Corporate Portal, unless otherwise stated. Any applicable offers or promotion will be reflected on the Shopping Bag page.
- The following are not applicable on Corporate Portal:
- KrisFlyer membership benefits including accrual and redemption of KrisFlyer miles and exclusive promotions and discounts for KrisFlyer members
- Inflight delivery
- Duty Free Wines & Spirits
2. Prices
- Prices listed on the Corporate Portal product pages are before applicable discount. The applicable discount will be reflected on the Shopping Bag page.
- 9% GST is chargeable on all purchases for delivery in Singapore.
- Products on special promotion are not eligible for further discount, unless otherwise stated
3. Delivery
- Corporate Portal purchases are available for home delivery only, unless otherwise stated on the product pages. For information on local or overseas delivery, please refer to: KrisShop Delivery
4. Returns
- Cancellation/changes to the order will not be considered.
- Goods sold are not refundable.
- KrisShop will only allow one-to-one exchange for the same product should the goods sold prove to be defective within 30 days of purchase.
- In the event where the same product is not available for an exchange, user may choose other products from KrisShop of a similar value. KrisShop will not refund any difference if a lower priced product is selected and user will be required to provide their credit card details for a top up if a more expensive product is selected.
- All requests for exchange of defective items are to be emailed to KrisShop Customer Service (krisshopcustomercare@krisshop.com). Arrangements will be made with user if the request is approved.
- Strictly no exchange or refund for clearance items listed under Corporate Portal SALE tab.
- No exchanges are allowed onboard SIA/Scoot flights.
5. Your Personal Data
- Our Privacy Policy additionally governs your use of our Platforms. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect from you, how and why we collect, use, and disclose such information, your rights in relation to your personal data and how to contact us if you have a query about the use of your personal data.
