KrisShop Corporate Portal CNY Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Corporate Portal Gift With Purchase Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).
2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop Corporate Portal and is open to KrisShop customers who have logged in via krisshop.com/corporate ("Shoppers”) during the promotion period from 6 January 2022 (1630 hrs Singapore time) to 3 February 2022 (2359 hrs Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).
3. During the Promotion Period, each eligible Shopper residing in Singapore may receive one (1) set of 8 KrisShop Red Packets and one (1) Wristlet (collectively, the “Gift”) with a minimum spend of S$100 per transaction (after applicable discounts, before shipping and taxes are applied).
4. Purchase of KrisShop e-Gift Cards and KrisShop Living items will not count towards the minimum spend and are excluded from this Gift With Purchase Promotion.
5. The Gift is non-exchangeable and is valid on a while stocks last basis, limited to one (1) Gift per transaction.
6. Image is for illustration purposes only. Actual colour of the red packets and wristlet may vary. Minor discolouration can be found on wristlet.
7. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com/corporate and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.
8. All purchases should be meant for personal consumption only and are subject to the KrisShop Corporate Portal Terms and Conditions.
9. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and / or terminate the Promotion, without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
10. By participating in the Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.
11. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
