Mastercard x KrisShop Terms & Condition

1. This Mastercard x KrisShop Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion will be carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all Mastercard issued globally in accordance with clause 3 below during the promotion period from 26 November 2024 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 January 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time)(“Promotion Period”).

3. During the Promotion Period, all Mastercard Cardholders (each, a “Cardholder”) may receive an additional $20 off with a minimum spending of S$250 per transaction for the selected delivery method (after applicable discounts, before shipping and taxes)(“Minimum Spend Criteria”) on KrisShop.com, where:

i. The promo code “MCEOY20” has been correctly entered by the Cardholder at checkout, and
ii. Payment in respect of the Minimum Spend Criteria for the selected delivery method is made in full using a valid Mastercard Card, (collectively, the Promotion).

4. Payments for any amounts made using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers do not count towards the minimum spend criteria and such amounts will not be eligible for this promotion. For illustration purposes only:

• a Cardholder is completing a transaction on KrisShop.com during the Promotion Period with an aggregate value of S$300 (after applicable discounts, and before taxes and shipping fees are applied) and applies the promo code “MCEOY20”:
  • if S$250 is paid via a valid Mastercard Card and S$50 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers the promo code may be applied;
  • however, if S$50 is paid via a valid Mastercard Card and S$250 is paid using any KrisFlyer miles and/or any KrisShop or SIA issued eVouchers, the promo code is not applicable as the S$50 value falls below the minimum spend criteria.

5. Products from Augustinus Bader, Moroccanoil and Bang & Olufsen are excluded from this Promotion.

6. This Promotion is valid for the first 541 redemptions only.

7. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

8. In the event of any refunds or returns, only the actual aggregate amount paid by the Cardholder will be refunded.

9. The promo code “MCEOY20” cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes at checkout.

10. This Promotion may be applied with existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges, unless otherwise stated.

General Terms

11. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and the use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

12. All decisions made by KrisShop and Mastercard in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion shall be final. KrisShop and Mastercard reserve the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or terminate this Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

13. KrisShop and Mastercard reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of this Promotion and reserve the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a participant of this Promotion automatically disqualifies his/her entry and/or participation in this Promotion.

14. By participating in this Promotion, each Shopper agrees that any and all personal data he/she submits (including his/her name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop and its supporting partners for the purposes of this Promotion. All collection, use and disclosure of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.

15. Unless otherwise specified, KrisShop is not responsible for and shall not bear any and all expenses and ancillary costs which may be incurred in the participation in this Promotion.

16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

17. A person who is not party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 (Cap 53B) to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
