KrisShop Pre-Flight Exclusive: Pre-Order For In-Flight Delivery Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This KrisShop Pre-Flight Exclusive: Pre-Order For In-Flight Delivery Promotion is organized by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. (“KrisShop”).

2. This Promotion is carried out on KrisShop.com and is open to all KrisShop Customers (each, a “Shopper”), during the applicable Promotion Periods (as defined below) and will be conducted in accordance with Clause 3 below.

3. This Promotion shall consist of the following:

i. 10% off Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(b) below), which will take place from 1 April 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 July 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) ("10% off Promotion Period”); and

ii. 15% off Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(b) below), which will take place from 1 April 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 July 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) ("15% off Promotion Period”); and

iii. 20% off Promotion (as defined at Clause 3(c) below), which will take place from 1 April 2025 (0000hrs Singapore time) to 31 July 2025 (2359hrs Singapore time) ("20% off Promotion Period”)

The details of this Promotion are set out as follows:

a) 10% off Promotion

i. During the Promotion Period, a Shopper who satisfy the conditions below may receive the following discount (“10% off") for regular-priced items for that transaction, subject to certain brand exclusions:

ii. The Shopper must select the option for pre-order purchase made through KrisShop.com for collection by (i) that same Shopper or (ii) to a person nominated by that Shopper, on board an eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flight.

iii. The 10% off will be applied at checkout on eligible items when the promo code TRAVEL10 has been correctly entered.

iv. The promo code TRAVEL10 cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes.

v. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

vi. This Promotion cannot be stackable with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

(b) 15% off Promotion

i. During the Promotion Period, a Shopper who satisfy the conditions below may receive the following discount (“15% off") for regular-priced items for that transaction, subject to certain brand exclusions:

ii. The Shopper must select the option for pre-order purchase made through KrisShop.com for collection by (i) that same Shopper or (ii) to a person nominated by that Shopper, on board an eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flight.

iii. Products in the brand exclusions list (each, an “Excluded Product”) will count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria, to ascertain if the eligible Shopper has qualified for the 15% off regular-priced items Promotion for the selected delivery method. However, even if the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met by the eligible Shopper for that transaction, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply to each Excluded Product.

iv. The 15% off will be applied at checkout on eligible items when the promo code TRAVEL15 has been correctly entered.

v. The promo code TRAVEL15 cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes.

vi. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

vii. This Promotion cannot be stackable with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

(c) 20% off Promotion

i. During the Promotion Period, a Shopper who satisfy the conditions below may receive the following discount (“20% off") for regular-priced items for that transaction, subject to certain brand exclusions:

ii. The Shopper must select the option for pre-order purchase made through KrisShop.com for collection by (i) that same Shopper or (ii) to a person nominated by that Shopper, on board an eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flight.

iii. Products in the brand exclusions list (each, an “Excluded Product”) will count towards the Minimum Spend Criteria, to ascertain if the eligible Shopper has qualified for the 20% off regular-priced items Promotion for the selected delivery method. However, even if the Minimum Spend Criteria has been met by the eligible Shopper for that transaction, the relevant applicable Promotional Discount will not apply to each Excluded Product.

iv. The 20% off will be applied at checkout on eligible items when the promo code TRAVEL15 has been correctly entered.

v. The promo code TRAVEL20 cannot be applied in conjunction with other promotional codes.

vi. This Promotion is valid only for online purchases made on KrisShop.com and is not valid for purchases made inflight, on the Kris+ mobile application, via KrisShop order form or any other means.

vii. This Promotion cannot be stackable with any existing KrisShop promotions, offers and privileges (including Singapore Airlines PPS), unless otherwise stated.

General Terms

9. All purchases made on KrisShop.com may be delivered via (a) inflight delivery on eligible Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or (b) received via home delivery.

10. All purchases made on KrisShop in relation to this Promotion are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms, and in the case of purchases made on KrisShop via the Kris+ mobile application, the Terms of Use for Kris+. The use of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.

11. Depending on your location, legal age restrictions may apply to the purchase of liquor. You are required to comply with all such laws. Pursuant to Singapore laws, it is an offence for individuals under 18 years of age to buy or attempt to buy liquor. Offenders may be liable on conviction to a fine of up to $10,000. 12. All decisions made by KrisShop in respect of any matter relating to the Promotion shall be final. KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion and/or terminate the Promotion without any prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

13. KrisShop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the participants of the Promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not satisfy these Terms and Conditions. The demise of a Participant automatically disqualifies his/her entry.
